Bright and quiet apartment of 50 square meters, can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the eighth floor of a building with elevator ( reaches the seventh floor - NOT suitable for disabled people).
The property boasts an amazing view of Rome, especially San Pietro, the Vatican and the green hill of the Janiculum. The area is central and full of all services, strategic location to reach all major points of interest that offers the Eternal City.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, Smart TV (no antenna), coat stand, wardrobe, dining table and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, worktop made of marble, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven combined with microwave, electric kettle, moka, minipimer, juicer, wine glasses, kitchen utensils and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wall mirror and access to the terrace;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY with table and 2 chairs;
- TERRACE with table, chairs and two loungers.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (a split in the living room), independent heating, hairdryer, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: in the entrance hall of the building to reach the elevator you have to walk 7 steps.
Please note that the elevator reaches the seventh floor, to get to the eighth there are stairs.
Note a step in the bathroom, at the shower.
Note a step at the entrance to the terrace.
To reach the bathroom you need to go through the bedroom.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The apartment boasts a strategic position, a few minutes away from St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums, in a quiet and residential area, but at the same time full of services (bars, pubs, shops) and well connected to the rest of the city, thanks to Roma San Pietro station (6 minutes on foot) and numerous bus lines. The center can be reached on foot or by public transportation; from there you can move comfortably on foot between the many attractions of the city.

Among the main points of interest, it is worth mentioning:
- St. Peter's Square: 11 minutes on foot;
- Castel Sant’Angelo: 18 minutes on foot / 14 minutes by public transportation;
- Piazza di Spagna: 24 minutes by public transportation;
- Trevi Fountain: 30 minutes by public transportation;
- Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 37 minutes by public transportation.

- From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini, from which it is possible to take bus n. 64 to "Stazione San Pietro", to "Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica" (16 stops), 6 minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach Roma Termini Train Station by shuttle bus service. From here you can take bus n. 64 to "Stazione San Pietro", to "Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica" (16 stops), 6 minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Termini Railway Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus no. 64 to "Stazione San Pietro", to "Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica" (16 stops), 6 minute walk from the property.

- If you're travelling by car, the apartment is located outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area.
It is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue stripes - NOT guaranteed) or at the San Pietro Garage, in Piazza di Santa Maria alle Fornaci 26, 4 minutes walk from the property.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

Silence from 10PM to 8AM

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
