Bright and cozy apartment of 40 sqm, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the fourth floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).
The location is enviable! Only 4 minutes walk you can reach Villa Borghese and in less than 30 minutes it is possible to find some of the points of interest such as the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona...
The property is an excellent starting point to visit the beauty of the Eternal City!

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka, kettle, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine cups), dining table, sofa, Smart TV and split A/C;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, TV and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and split A/C.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating with heat pump, air conditioning (a split in the living area and one in the bathroom), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a step in the entrance hall of the building.
ATTENTION: at the moment in the building next to the apartment are under renovation, therefore there may be noise.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The apartment is located in Rione Ludovisi, a 4-minute walk from the Villa Borghese Park, a vast green area in the heart of the city, which contains buildings, sculptures, monuments and fountains, by famous artists.
In less than 30 minutes on foot it is possible to reach various points of interest such as: Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona...
The area is full of all the services of first need and is well connected thanks to local public transport, a 10-minute walk is the metro stop "Barberini" and 20 minutes from Roma Termini Station.

- Villa Borghese: 4 minutes on foot;
- Piazza di Spagna: 15 minutes on foot;
- Piazza del Popolo: 22 minutes on foot;
- Pantheon: 27 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by public transport;

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the bus line 520 to Cinecittà, getting off at the stop "Tuscolana/Cinecittà" (9 stops), where it is possible to take the metro line A, stop "Barberini", 10 minutes walk from the property.

-From Roma Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 20 minutes, or it is possible to take the metro line A to the stop "Barberini", a 10-minute walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, the parking space is not included; however it is possible to park for a fee in the street (NOT guaranteed); or, always for a fee, at the Jolly Garage, in Corso d'Italia 1 (NOT guaranteed), 3 minutes walk from the property.

-To visit the city: it is possible to choose between two metro stops near the house "Barberini" and "Repubblico" (respectively 10 and 13 minutes walk), or the multiple buses, such as the numbers 60, 61 or 82, which stop near the apartment.

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
