Comfortable apartment located on the fourth and last floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). There are flights of stairs to access it.
In 70 m2 of space it accommodates four people with two bedrooms.

It is located about 5 minutes walk from Rome Termini station, the apartment is the ideal solution for visiting the city on foot and thanks to public transport. Possibility of parking, for a fee, on the street or at the Termini Garage (3 minutes on foot)

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA. Living area with two-seater sofa, TV and dining table. Island kitchen complete with three gas burners, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils. AC split.
BEDROOM 1. Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe with mirror. AC split.
BEDROOM 2. Double sofa bed (1.60x1.90 m) ALWAYS open, cannot be closed, wardrobe. AC split.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline, washing machine.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station by Leonardo Express service. From Termini Station you can reach the apartment on foot in 5 minutes.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Train Station by shuttle bus services. From Termini Station you can reach the apartment on foot in 5 minutes.

-From Roma Termini Station you can reach the apartment on foot in 5 minutes.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, in the surrounding streets or at Termini Garage, 3 minutes away on foot

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
