Located about a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini station, the apartment is an ideal solution for visiting the city on foot and thanks to public transportation. Possibility of parking, for a fee, on the street or at the Termini Garage (3-minute walk).

The interior space is organized as follows:

Entrance area with wooden sofa and chairs.
KITCHEN: two glass-ceramic burners, mocha, electric kettle, microwave oven, wine glasses, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, other kitchen utensils, TV and portable fan.

BEDROOM I: double bed (1.60x2.00mt), bedside tables with lamps, closets, desk and A/C split with heat pump.
BATHROOM (accessible from bedroom I): shower stall, sink and toilet.

BEDROOM II: two single beds (0.90x2.00mt each), bedside table with lamp, closet, sofa and desk, A/C split with heat pump.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, about 5 minutes walk from Rome Termini Train Station, the main hub for surface and underground public transportation. All the main points of interest in the city can be easily reached.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station by Leonardo Express service. From Termini Station you can reach the apartment on foot in 5 minutes.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Train Station by shuttle bus services. From Termini Station you can reach the apartment on foot in 5 minutes.

-From Roma Termini Station you can reach the apartment on foot in 5 minutes.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, in the surrounding streets or at Termini Garage, 3 minutes away on foot

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
