100 meters from the sea and 2 km from the fair, our apartment is located on the second and last floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). There are two steps at the entrance.

In 45 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates four people with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

In a residential area, the possibility of parking for free on the street.

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA. Double sofa bed, smart TV, dining table and kitchenette complete with four gas burners, fridge and freezer, moka, traditional oven and microwave oven, high chair for children, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM. Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer, washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, split AC (in the corridor), two portable fans, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Balcony equipped with a table and two chairs.

Autonomous heating.

Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in, hand over the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any inquiries and information, to make your stay even more interesting and comfortable.
For any unexpected event or clarification we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail.

- From Rimini station, you can take bus no. 4 to the "Rivabella Grotte" stop, which is just a 5-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, the apartment can be reached on foot in around 25 minutes, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the seafront along the way.

- From Rimini Federico Fellini International Airport, the closest to the city, you can reach the property in about 20 minutes by car or taxi.

- If you are traveling by car, you can park for free along Via Coletti or in the unattended public car park nearby, although these spaces are not guaranteed or bookable.
