Elegant apartment located on the second floor, of six in total, of a period building with a lift not suitable for disabled people.
There are four steps to access.
In 105 m2 of space it accommodates six people, with two double bedrooms and sofa bed.

The ideal solution for those who travel for work and for those who want to spend a holiday in the center of Rome and easily reach the historical-artistic attractions, the shopping streets and enjoy all the comforts

The internal space is divided as follows:

Living area.
STAY. Table with two chairs, sofa bed and smart TV (connected to Netflix free). Heat pump with AC (NO split ducted system).
KITCHEN. Four induction burners, fridge and freezer, traditional oven, electric kettle, moka, coffee machine, American coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.

Sleeping area.
BEDROOM 1. Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, smart TV (connected to Netflix free) and wardrobe.
Heat pump with AC (NO split ducted system).
BEDROOM 2. Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, smart TV (connected to Netflix free) and wardrobe.

BATHROOM 1. Shower cubicle, toilet, sink, hairdryer and washing machine.
BATHROOM 2. Shower cubicle, toilet with hand shower, sink and hairdryer.

Other services available: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Closet.

NB: electric boiler (requires time when the hot water runs out to heat up).

You will be contacted a few days before arrival by our team, who, will provide more details about your check in.

-From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Fiumicino you can reach the apartment as follows: Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini, where it is possible to take line 92 with stop "Po/Simento" as final destination (distant 200m from the property).
-From G.B. Pastine Airport in Rome Ciampino it is possible to reach the apartment as follows: SitBus shuttle bus service to Roma Termini Station, where you can take line 92 with stop "Po/Simento" as final destination (200m away from the facility).

-From Roma Termini Railway Station you can reach the apartment thanks to line 92 with stop "Po/Simento" as the final destination (200m away from the facility).

If you travel by car in the area there is possibility of paid street parking (blue stripes). Alternatively, you can park at the Tredicine Garage, 3 minutes walk.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
