Cozy apartment of 135 sqm, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located on the second floor of a building with lift (5 steps to access).
The location is great and strategic! The accommodation is located in Rione Prati, a short distance from Vatican City and Castel Sant'Angelo. A 4-minute walk away is the metro stop Lepanto, ideal for easily visiting the Eternal City.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas hob, high table with two stools, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, cooking utensils, wine glasses and access to the balcony;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, communal heating, air conditioning via split (one in the living room and one in the bedroom I and II), portable fan, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: one step at the entrance of the building and 5 steps to reach the elevator.
There are two steps to the kitchen.
Note the presence of a step to access both balconies and to access the shower of the bathroom II.
Hot water is supplied by boiler, you may need to wait for it to recharge.

The apartment is located in an area full of services and well served by public transport ("Lepanto" and "Ottaviano" metro line A stops) in the Prati district. The Rione Prati is an elegant and bourgeois district in the center of Rome, full of squares, parks and good restaurants. The main attraction of the neighborhood is probably Via Cola di Rienzo, named after a Roman senator and nobleman, an important shopping street, less crowded than the well-known Via del Corso, but equally full of Italian and international high fashion shops. Just 15 minutes walk you can also reach the Trionfale Market, considered one of the best food markets in Rome.

Getting around
- From Fiumicino airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to Roma Termini station, from which you can take the underground (LINE A) to the "Lepanto" stop (5 stops), 4 minutes away. walk from the property.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to Rome Termini station, from which you can take the underground (LINE A) to the "Lepanto" stop (5 stops), 4 minutes walk from the property.

- From Rome Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by subway (LINE A) to the "Lepanto" stop (5 stops), a 4-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee on the street around the property. Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Scipioni Garage, a 8-minute walk from the property.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
