Rione Monti lovely apartment

Comfortable 32 sqm flat for 2 people on the first floor of a building with lift (there are some steps to access it).
The apartment consists of a kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The flat is located in Rione Monti, an historical and characteristic district of Rome, a few steps away from Fori Imperiali, Colosseum, Mercati di Traiano, Piazza Venezia and major sites of cultural interest.

The interior space is organised as follows
- KITCHEN with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, wine glasses and various cooking utensils, dining table with chairs. Split A/C;
- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60x1.90), wardrobe, mirror, sofa, TV, fancoil A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;

FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split/fancoil (in kitchen and bedroom), washer-dryer (in kitchen), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

ATTENTION:
- the property is located in a restricted traffic zone;
- there are steps to access the lift (which stops half a floor above the one where the flat is located, so you have to go down half a flight of stairs) and to access the bedroom/bathroom area;
- the electric boiler for hot water is 50 litres; the hot water may run out and you have to wait for it to be available again.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Silence from 10PM to 8AM

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax of 6€ per person per night.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Rome Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Rione Monti is one of the oldest and most characteristic district of Rome, certainly the most romantic; the atmosphere one breathes walking through the narrow streets of this district is magical.
Architecturally, the district is full of historical buildings that shows its development from Imperial Rome, the Renaissance to the 20th century.
The accommodation is only 200 m from the beautiful Piazza Madonna dei Monti; the Colosseum and the Imperial Forum are within easy walking distance, as is Santa Maria Maggiore, one of the most beautiful churches in Rome.
Life in the district is really lively, and one can find several restaurants and shops, all extremely characteristic.
Legend has it that those who come to Rome's Rione Monti are bewitched by its magic and return there at least three more times in his lives.

- If you arrive by train at Termini, you must take the Metro B line to Cavour, the stop is 5 minutes on foot from the apartment.

- If arriving by train at Tiburtina, take the B line to Cavour, the stop is 5 minutes on foot from the apartement.

A taxi from the airport costs approximately 50 Euro, from Termini 10 Euro.
