The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building.
It comfortably accommodates 4 people in 85 square meters of space with a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds.

Excellent location, quiet and private but one step away from the nightlife of via Pascoli and viale Regina Elena.
The beach can be reached on foot in ten minutes, arriving at the Lidi 62-67 stop for 5 minutes, where you can reach the center of Rimini in 5 minutes, Riccione in 10 minutes.

On the right we have the entrance into the kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, moka pot, kettle and various cooking utensils.

Also from the hall you enter the bedrooms, a double bedroom with large wardrobe and mirror and a bedroom with 2 single beds, one of which is a pull-up bed.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- between 21.30 and 23.00: euro 25
- between 23.00 and 24.00: euro 30
