Comfortable apartment of 55 sqm with private entrance, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the first floor within the village Cugnana Verde (no lift). The property is equipped with every comfort! Inside the Residence you will find a various services, including a bar, a minimarket and a shuttle to the beaches.
The accommodation has a veranda, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea of Sardinia!

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), sofas, 32" TV, split A/C and access to the veranda.
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- VERANDA covered and furnished with dining table, sofa chair and coffee table.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Baby cot available upon request.

PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is on the first floor of a building without elevator.
Note the presence of a step to access the veranda.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Olbia Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

The apartment is located in the Residence of Cugnana Verde, in Northern Sardinia, in Olbia, a short distance from the most beautiful places of the Costa Smeralda such as Golfo Aranci, Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo. Within the village you will find several amenities, including a bar and a market.
The Gulf of Cugnana is located at the foot of Cugnana, a granite massif that reaches an altitude of 650 meters. It is a real natural port sheltered from the strong winds that characterize the area.

Main distances:
- Porto Rotondo: 14 minutes by car;
- Olbia: 18 minutes by car;
- Porto Cervo: 21 minutes by car.

We recommend the use of the car to better visit the surroundings. Availability of a free parking space within the village - NOT allocated and NOT guaranteed.
The village offers the availability of a shuttle to reach the beaches.

- From Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by car/taxi in 20 minutes.
Alternatively, it is possible to take the bus n. 894 to the stop "616 - Corso Vittorio Veneto". From here it is possible to reach the stop "Olbia Corso Vittorio Veneto 3C-TERMINUS" (2 minutes walk) and take the bus n. Line 601 to the stop "Cant. Cugnana", 19 minutes walk from the property.

- From Olbia Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in 19 minutes by car/taxi.
