Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.


For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

- From Linate Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the M4 Blu metro line to the "Dateo" stop, from which it is possible to take the S5, S6, S11 suburban trains to the Villapizzone stop, a few minutes' walk away from the property.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, the apartment can be reached by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milan Bovisa station, from which it is possible to take the S5, S6, S11 suburban trains to the Villapizzone stop, a few minutes' walk from the property.

- From Milan Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the M3 Yellow underground to the "Repubblica" stop, from which it is possible to take the S5, S6, S11 suburban trains to the Villapizzone stop, a few minutes' walk from the property .

- If you travel by car, parking is not included; however it is possible to park on the street for a fee (blue stripes - NOT guaranteed).
