We are located a few steps from the stream, the center can be reached with a 15 minute walk.

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA. Double sofa bed, dining table with two seats and desk. Access to the terrace. Kitchenette complete with gas burners, traditional oven, dishwasher, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM. Double bed, chest of drawers.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Split AC (in anteroom), iron and ironing board, clothesline, washing machine.
Covered terrace with table and chairs.

Autonomous heating.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Reggio Emilia.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions for accessing the apartment will be sent.

From Reggio Mediopadana Station:
Take bus no. 5 to the Reggio Emilia - Stazione FS stop. Then, switch to bus no. 9 heading south and get off at the Centro Commerciale Reggio Sud stop. From here, the property is just a four-minute walk away. Estimated travel time: 35 minutes.

From Bologna Airport (the nearest airport to Reggio Emilia):
From the airport, take the shuttle bus or train (Aerobus or Marconi Express) to Bologna Central Station. Then, continue by train to Reggio Emilia. Once in Reggio Emilia, take bus no. 9 and alight at the Centro Commerciale Reggio Sud stop. The property is located a four-minute walk from the stop. Total travel time: approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.
