Comfortable apartment located just 300 meters from the beaches of Rapallo. Because of its strategic position on the road that leads to the renowned Ligurian Riviera, the area is suitable for visiting not only the lively Rapallo with its shops, but also San Michele di Pagana (2 km), with its chic villas, but also Santa Margherita Ligure (2.7 km) and Portofino. The flat can accommodate up to 5 people and is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, washing machine

The 70 sq m apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled).

The internal space is organized as follows:
LIVING ROOM with a relaxation corner, the dining area and a queen-size sofa bed;
KITCHEN equipped with hob, fridge with freezer, moka, traditional oven and microwave and various kitchen utensils;
BEDROOM I with a queen sofa bed and wardrobe;
BEDROOM II: with two single beds and wardrobe
BATHROOM with shower, sink and WC.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket WIFI (limited 150 gb), air conditioning (1 split - which cools the whole house, located in the corridor), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

At the time of check-in we will need to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore we will be asked to show a valid document.

Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.

The tourist tax of 1.5 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 10 nights, as required by the municipality of Rapallo
