Rapallo station is just 150 meters away and the tourist port is easily reachable. Here you can take ferries to reach the Cinque Terre, Santa Margherita or Portofino.
The space
The approximately 50m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for disabled people) and is internally organized as follows:

LIVING ROOM equipped with a relaxation corner, a dining area and a single sofa bed
KITCHEN CORNER with a hob, fridge with freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, kettle, moka and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM equipped with a double bed and wardrobe.
BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink and WC.
BALCONY furnished with table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (1 split), TV, central heating with thermovalves, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer.

Condominium parking (NOT guaranteed, 5 spaces available for cars max. length 4.5 m)
Guest access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Rapallo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 10 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
