Adjacent to the hills and a few minutes walk from the train station and ferries to easily reach the Cinque Terre, Santa Margherita or Portofino.

The space
Two-room apartment of approximately 55 m2 is located on the raised ground floor, the accommodation internally consists of:

KITCHENETTE: with fridge, freezer, hob, electric oven, kettle, moka and kitchen utensils and dining area.
LIVING AREA: with double sofa bed, desk and TV.
BEDROOM: equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe
BATHROOM: equipped with shower/bathtub (small size 93 cm), bidet and hairdryer

Guests will also have access to unlimited WiFi, independent heating and two fans.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Rapallo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 10 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
