Charming studio apartment of about 30 sqm, perfect for two people, located on the ground floor of a two-storey building (one step to access). The property is located in the heart of Ragusa Superiore, the modern part of the city, just two minutes on foot from the wonderful Cathedral of San Giovanni Battista.
The privileged position of the accommodation represents the ideal starting point for visiting the enchanting Ragusa Ibla (1.5 km) and the other cities of the Val di Noto.

The inside is organized as follows:
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, full HD flat screen TV, wardrobe and sofa;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, mini fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware and dining table;
- BATHROOM (one step to access it and internal steps) with shower, sink and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (1 split) with heat pump, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€1,50 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ragusa Climatic Zone A: 5 hours a day from December 8th to March 7th.

Check-in can take place in person or in online self check-in mode: the guest will receive confirmation of the check-in method 2 days before check-in. Completing the online registration is MANDATORY in order to access the apartment.

- SELF CHECK-IN: Instructions on how to retrieve the keys and access the apartment will be provided after completing online registration. Keys can be retrieved free of charge via on-site keybox. In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm.

- IN-PERSON CHECK-IN: A member of our staff will welcome you to the apartment and give you the keys. Check-in in person is free between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins after 9.00 pm must be agreed directly with the property and involve a supplement as follows:
EUR 25 between 21:00 and 23:00
EUR 30 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The apartment is located in Ragusa Superiore, the modern part of Ragusa, which offers a series of attractions that stand out for their cultural and architectural interest. Among these it is worth mentioning the Cathedral of San Giovanni Battista, the main square, Piazza Libertà, the Ibleo Archaeological Museum and the Giovanni Verga Theater which regularly hosts cultural events, theatrical performances and concerts.
A few minutes away, it is possible to find Ragusa Ibla and its UNESCO monuments, the historic heart of the city, where baroque architecture dominates the landscape with master works such as the Cathedral of San Giorgio and its imposing steps. Walking through the streets of Ibla, it is possible to discover enchanting squares, historic churches and noble palaces, all immersed in an atmosphere that seems suspended in time. There is also no shortage of numerous cafés and restaurants where it is possible to taste local specialities, such as Modica chocolate and fresh meat and fish dishes.
