Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

The town of Quartu Sant'Elena rises on the southern part of the Campidano plain. It is the third municipality in the region by population, after Cagliari and Sassari. To visit the best Quartu and surroundings we suggest the use of the car. The main beach is undoubtedly that of Poetto, which is both the largest city beach and the most popular, easily accessible by public transport. The other noteworthy beaches are those of Sant'Andrea, Flumini, Capitana, Is Mortorius, Terra Mala, Cala Regina, Murtaucci or Is Canaleddus, Mari Pintau or Portu sa Traia, Kal'e Moru and Geremeas. The beaches of Murtaucci and Poetto have also been awarded the Blue Flag. Some of these beaches are characterized by a very fine white sand, others, such as Mari Pintau, the presence of pebbles and rocks.
Among the churches, the basilica of Saint Helena Empress stands out, which preserves beautiful frescoes and a statue of the Saint, carried in procession during the patron feast (mid-September).
In addition, the accommodation is located within walking distance from Quartu hospital and the main clinics.

- Capitana beach: 14 minutes by car;
- Spiaggia Margine Rosso: 4 minutes by car;
- Saline trail: 7 minutes by car.

- El Faro (restaurant): 1 minute on foot;
- New D'Ari Café: 1 minute on foot;
- Super Pan (supermarket): 6 minutes on foot.

-From Cagliari Elmas "Mario Mameli" airport: it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the transport by regional train from the Elmas Airport terminus to the "Cagliari" stop, continue with the PF bus to the "Fiume" stop, 5 minutes on foot from the apartment.
Alternatively you can take a taxi (journey time 28 minutes).

-From Cagliari Centrale station it is possible to continue with the PF bus to the "Fiume" stop, 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Alternatively, we recommend renting a car to discover the wonderful city of Quartu Sant'Elena and its surroundings.

-For those travelling by car: it is possible to park free of charge on site: an open parking space, also suitable for SUVs.
