Our welcoming studio apartment is located in the historic center of Turin - fabulous Via Garibaldi. The house is equipped with every comfort and is perfect for 2 people. We are a stone's throw from all the main places of interest in the city, pedestrian areas and public transport, a few steps from Piazza Castello and the Duomo. Ideal place to explore all the beauties of the Piedmontese capital!
The space
Comfortable studio apartment of approximately 24 m2 is located on the fourth floor of an elegant historic building NOT equipped with a lift. The accommodation is made up as follows:

SLEEPING AREA: equipped with a queen bed
KITCHEN CORNER: has a dining area, fridge, freezer, induction hob, combined microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, moka and kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM: Bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
OTHER SERVICES: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning, TV, heat pump heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
Guest access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.
