The accommodation is spacious, able to comfortably lodge up to 6 people, being equipped with every kind of comfort: two bedrooms and two bathrooms, large outdoor patio equipped with dining area and barbecue, and free parking space. Ideal for a relaxing stay!

The 90 sqm apartment consists of an independent building (4 steps to access it) and is composed as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with two induction hobs, small fridge with freezer, electric kettle, moka and small electric oven
- Living area with queen sofa bed, split AC and TV
- First bedroom with queen bed, open wardrobe and split AC
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower
- Second bedroom with queen bed, open wardrobe, split AC and reading area equipped with stone sofa and bluetooth speaker
- Second toilet visible from the second bedroom, equipped with wc, bidet and shower box
- Large outdoor patio equipped with table and chairs x2 and dining area covered by an umbrella, equipped with table and chairs x4 and barbecue.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, parking spaces in the driveway, heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

ATTENTION: the property is equipped with an alarm and security control system with external perimeter cameras.

N.B: the fireplace in the living area is NOT working.

Putignano is an enchanting town located in the heart of the Murgia of trulli and caves, 375 meters above sea level, famous throughout Europe for its carnival and allegorical floats. It is ideally located for exploring the region, as it is less than 15 minutes by car from the main and unmissable towns: Alberobello, Noci, Castellana Grotte, Conversano, to name a few. Putignano itself boasts numerous points of interest located mainly in the historic center, such as the beautiful Church of San Pietro Apostolo, and the many caves among which the Grotta del Trullo stands out, the first in all of Puglia to be used for tourist purposes.
The accommodation is located outside the city center, in the countryside between Putignano and Noci, surrounded by greenery and surrounded by olive, almond and cherry trees, in an ideal area for bike rides, jogging and walks in the woods. The location is excellent, as it allows you to quickly reach all points of interest. The historic center, with excellent restaurants and pubs, and all the necessary services (bars, supermarkets, pharmacies) are less than 5 minutes away by car. In 10 minutes you can also reach the Nadir wellness center, with outdoor swimming pool, while in half an hour you can reach the beautiful Monopoli and the sea.

The accommodation is accessible by car and has free parking spaces on the driveway.
