Cozy apartment of 75 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located in the center of Pula a few steps from the famous shopping gallery.
Nora Beaches and Su Gunventeddu are 7 minutes' drive away and 5 minutes' drive away respectively. Interesting is the archaeological site of Nora 9 minutes by car, one of the most important and well-known of Sardinia.
Accommodation is located in the Traffic Restricted Area - pay attention to schedules.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, wine glasses and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating and air conditioning via split (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the outdoor courtyard is shared with other guests.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Pula equal to 0.50 cent or 1.00€, depending on the season.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

The apartment is located in the center of Pula, tourist pearl of south-west Sardinia, rich in natural, archaeological and cultural treasures.
Interesting are the archaeological site of Nora, one of the most important and known in the region; and the Nora Lagoon, habitat of rare birds.
A 7-minute drive away is Spiaggia de Su Guventeddu, popular with kite and wind surfers; and 5 minutes the Nora Beach.
To the west is the long coastline of Santa Margherita di Pula, consisting of a series of white sandy coves, such as Cala Marina, Cala Bernardini, Cala d'Ostia, Cala Verde.

- From Cagliari Station, it is possible to reach the stop of "Cagliari Autostazione ARST" (6 minutes walk) and take the bus Line 129 to the stop "Pula Viale Segni 14", 5 minutes walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, parking is not included. However it is possible to park for free or pay (blue stripes) in the street (NOT guaranteed).
