The apartment is in a strategic position, less than 100 meters from the tram stop "Viale Monte Nero Via Bergamo" and 800 meters from the "Porta Romana" metro station on the M3 line (yellow), just 3 stops away from Piazza Duomo. The accommodation consists of a living area with sofa bed, kitchenette, dining table, and a bathroom.

The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, wardrobe, TV and dining table;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, kettle, moka, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and WC.
