The property is located in a historic area, at the door of Siena city (1.4 km); a short walk from Piazza del Campo and the main attractions of the historic center.

The open plan accommodation consists of a loft sleeping area, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom.

The 55 sqm accommodation is located on the ground floor. Please pay more attention to the internal staircase if you are travelling with children.

The interior space is divided as follows:
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, "32 inch" TV, table with chairs;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
