Comfortable 50m2 apartment that can accommodate up to two people. Located on the fifth floor, of nine in total, with lift (not suitable for disabled people), of a building in the Trastevere area.
A stone's throw from Trastevere station, convenient for moving to all areas of the city such as Termini or going directly to the airport.

It is located in the heart of one of the most characteristic neighborhoods of the city, renowned for hosting the famous Porta Portese Market.

The internal space is organized as follows:

LIVING AREA: Sofa, TV. Kitchenette complete with four induction burners, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils. Split AC with heat pump.
BEDROOM: Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and desk. Split AC with heat pump.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Terrace complete with outdoor furniture and wardrobe with washing machine (table with two stools and coffee table with two armchairs).

PLEASE NOTE: there is a 30 liter electric boiler for hot water, you may need to wait for it to refill

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by regional train to Rome Trastevere Station. From here you can take the public transportation Line 3 to "Ippolito Nievo" stop.

-From Roma Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Train Station by shuttle bus service. From Termini Station you can reach the apartment by public transportation Line H to "Ippolito Nievo" stop, 1 minute away on foot.

The building is located outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area It is possible to park for a fee on the street (blue stripes) or at Trastevere garage, 5 minutes away on foot.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
