The property is within walking distance from Turin Porta Nuova Train Station and Valentino Park. Well connected by public transport, the hotel becomes an excellent starting point to visit all the tourist attractions of the city.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils and wine glasses;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, single camping bed, TV, dining table;
