The apartment comfortably accommodates three people, with a bedroom on the mezzanine and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room.

The property is located in the most beautiful part of the city, which is known as the"Herculean addition": adjacent to Piazza Ariostea, Palazzo dei Diamanti, the Faculty of Law, the Department of Biology and Evolution and the ancient walls.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA. Living room with sofa bed for one, kitchen equipped with moka pot, dishwasher, microwave and traditional oven, various kitchen utensils.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM (on the mezzanine).
- BATHROOM. Shower box, hairdryer and washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Iron, television, drying rack, split air conditioning in the living area.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

MOVEMENTS:
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car / taxi. Alternatively, it is possible to take the shuttle to Bologna Centrale Railway Station, continue by train to Ferrara station and from there take bus n.1 to "San Rocco Farmacia" stop, 3 minutes on foot from the apartment;

- From Ferrara railway station, it is possible to take bus n. 1 to "San Rocco Farmacia" stop, a 3-minute walk from the property;

- For those travelling by car, the apartment is located outside the limited traffic area (ZTL) and there is free street parking, along the main street.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

We are available by phone at the following times:
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays

KEY COLLECTION:
Key collection is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at via Montebello 46 B from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
After 7 pm in SELF CHECK IN mode (with keybox).
Possibility to check in at the office from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at a cost of 30 euros.
