This delightful 40 sq.mt apartment is located on the third floor of a renovated building with elevator, in a very safe area, just outside Florence's historic center and a few steps from Santa Maria Novella Station and all the main attractions are easily reachable on foot.

Our flat can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people, and has a living room with a sofa bed and a dining area, an open kitchen and a bedroom with a queen bed and a large wardrobe.

Kitchen isfully equipped with everything you need to enjoy pleasant breakfasts and complete lunches - stove, oven and microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses, coffee machine.

Bathroom with shower and bidet.

Other services available to guests: WiFi, air conditioning, central heating, LED TV, washing machine, clothesline, hangers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, terrace and a balcony.

We are in the Porta district of Prato, a stone's throw from the largest park in Florence (Cascine) and the new Opera House and the Leopolda station. The Fortezza da Basso Fairgrounds are a 10-minute walk away. Outside ZTL At 200 meters there is a tramway that takes you to the central station in just 3 minutes. In the neighborhood are all essential services to spend a wonderful holiday. Restaurants of all kinds, supermarket, public transport, parking, bakery, butchers, pastry bars etc.

-From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport you can easily reach the apartment in about 20 minutes by T2 line to "Belfiore" stop, 3 minutes away from the house.

-From Santa Maria Novella station you can reach the apartment by foot in about 12 minutes.

It is possible to park, for a fee, at the Garage Porta al Prato - Leopolda, in Elio Gabbuggiani street, 2-4, 2 minutes away from the apartment.
