Comfortable 45 sqm apartment overlooking the internal courtyard, located on the first floor of a period building with lift (one step to access it), able to comfortably accommodate up to 3 people.
The apartment is located in Ponte degli Angeli, in the center of Vicenza, a few steps from the main tourist attractions such as Teatro Olimpico and Parco Querini.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

The internal space
The 45 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of an old building with a lift (one step to access it).

The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), single sofa bed, dining table, TV, split A /C and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM (inside the bedroom) with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine;
- BALCONY with two armchairs and a table.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating with boiler, split air conditioning (ONLY in the living room and bedroom), walk-in wardrobe/closet, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE. The air conditioning is provided via split and ONLY present in the living room and bedroom.

PLEASE NOTE. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom.

Guests' access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, it is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions on how to recover the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smartlock. The combination will be provided by message a few days before check-in.
In case of problems, assistance will be guaranteed until 23.

If, on the other hand, you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, free of charge from 15.00 to 19.00.
After 19.00 it is guaranteed with the payment of a supplement equal to:
EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00
EUR 50 between 22.00 and 23.00
It is not possible to check in after 23:00, even for a fee.

Check-out: before 11:00.
Based on the availability of the apartment, which can be confirmed close to arrival, it is possible:
early check in 30 euros
late check out 50 euros

Description of the area
The center of Vicenza is a jewel of Renaissance architecture, famous above all for the works of Andrea Palladio. Contrà XX Settembre is located in the historic center, a typical street of Vicenza, lined with elegant buildings and shops.
Furthermore, the historic center of Vicenza is a place to be discovered: with the Palladian Basilica, the Olympic Theatre, churches, traditional taverns and many enchanting views between the river and the parks.
The central area in the square is full of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, pharmacy. The apartment is located 350 meters from the paid parking Park Canove.

Getting around
- From Verona airport it is possible to take the bus to Verona station, from which it is possible to continue thanks to the regional train to Vicenza station. From here, you need to walk to the "Piazzale Stazione" stop where you can take bus no. 1 and get off at the "Contra' Venti Settembre 12" stop, just a 1-minute walk from the property. Alternatively you can take a taxi (about 50 minutes).
