Characteristic apartment of about 70 square meters, located on the raised ground floor (3 steps to access to it) and perfect for two people. The accommodation, inside the "Torre dei Serretti", is located in the heart of Vicopisano, one of the best preserved medieval villages in the province of Pisa, immersed in the Tuscan hills and just 20 minutes by car from Pisa.
The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchair and 42-inch TV;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge with freezer, moka, oven, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM (5 steps to access to it) with sink, shower cubicle, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, fun.

Pets allowed upon request and upon payment of a supplement at the time of booking.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pisa (€2.50 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.

Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

The apartment is located in the heart of the medieval village of Vicopisano, a stone's throw from all the major attractions of the town, including the Rocca di Vicopisano, Palazzo Pretorio and the Parish Church of Santa Maria. It is possible to find all the main services in the immediate vicinity of the property too.
In about 20 minutes by car it is possible to reach the center of Pisa, where you will have the opportunity to visit, among other points of interest, the famous Piazza dei Miracoli with the well-known Tower of Pisa, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and Corso Italia.

- Rocca di Vicopisano: 1 minute on foot;
- Palazzo Pretorio: 1 minute on foot;
- Pieve di Santa Maria (church): 3 minutes on foot;
- Pisa: 20 minutes by car / 50 minutes by public transport.

- Caffè Italia (bar): 190 m - 3 minutes on foot;
- Aurora Taverna Toscana (typical Tuscan restaurant): 200 m - 3 minutes on foot;
- Fantasy Market (grocery store): 210 m - 3 minutes on foot.

The easiest and most comfortable way to visit the area, reach Pisa and the airport is by car. It is possible to rent a car at Pisa airport (Galileo Galilei).
