Comfortable and cozy apartment of about 80 square meters, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located on the raised ground floor of a 1950s building (7 steps to access the apartment). The accommodation, whose decor recalls the works of Keith Haring, is located a stone's throw from the famous mural "Tuttomondo" by the American artist and a few minutes on foot from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II and Corso Italia.
The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, single sofa bed and desk;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed;
- BATHROOM with shower (slightly raised), sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the corridor), independent heating, carbon monoxide detector, satellite TV, clothesline, clothes stand, wardrobe and hairdryer.

Silence from 22:00 to 08:00 / from 12:30 to 15:00. Please respect the quiet of the building.

PLEASE NOTE: it is strictly forbidden to smoke and carry out celebrations/gatherings both inside the apartment and in the condominium spaces.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our Guests!

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via keybox at Bar La Cicala, Via Crispi 60 (240 mt from the apartment).
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.

Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pisa (€2.50 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, but at the same time full of services and well served by public transport. The famous mural "Tuttomondo" by Keith Haring, created in 1989 on the outer wall of the rectory of the church of Sant'Antonio Abate, is a few steps from the property. The city center can be reached on foot or by public transport (bus stops just a few minutes on foot from the accomodation). Pisa Central Station, hub of all the main public transport lines to reach the most important points of interest in the city, is only 8 minutes away on foot.

- From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport, it is possible to reach the accomodation thanks to the train to Pisa Central Station, an 8-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Pisa Central Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment on foot in less than 10 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, street parking (blue lines - for a fee) available around the property. Alternatively, it is possible to park (always for a fee) at the Garage in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, a 5-minute walk from the property, open 24 hours a day.

In order to visit the surroundings:
- The bus to reach Marina di Pisa stops near the property. In addition, behind the property, it is possible to find the cycle path that leads to Marina di Pisa;
- Bike Sharing Station n. 26 via Noisi - Palazzo blu: 800 mt away from the property.
