This roomy and bright 140 sqm apartment, furnished with fine paintings and furniture, able to accommodate up to 5 people, is located on the 1st floor of a historic building with lift (not suitable for the disabled). The property is located in the center (Traffic Restricted Area), a few steps from the Lungarno and other points of interest such as Piazza dei Cavalieri and Piazza dei Miracoli, with the famous Tower of Pisa.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, oven, kettle, wine glasses, microwave, toaster, small table and kitchenware;
- DINING ROOM with large dining table;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchair and 40-inch TV;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with small queen-size bed, wardrobe and armchair;
- BEDROOM III with single bed, desk, armchair and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM I with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- BATHROOM II with shower, sink and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, iron and ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer and soundproof windows.

PLEASE NOTE: there are some steps at the entrance to the building.

It is possible to rent bicycles at "La belle equipe" shop, 3 minutes on foot from the apartment.

The apartment is for exclusive use of our Guests!

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pisa (€2.50 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.

Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

The apartment is centrally located, in an area equipped with all the main services, a few steps from the characteristic "Borgo Stretto" district. In the vicinity of the accommodation there are many points of interest, including the Lungarno, the Church of San Paolo all'Orto (which houses the plaster casts of the University of Pisa), the Odeon cinema, Piazza Cavalieri and Piazza dei Miracoli. Pisa Central Station, hub of all the main public transport lines of the city, is about 15 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by public transport.

- From Pisa Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to several bus lines (Line 2, 4, 13, LAM Rossa, LAM Verde), all with stops just a few steps from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the accommodation on foot in about 15 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, it is possible to find several parking lots (for a fee) around the property (including the parking in Piazza Francesco Carrara, open 24 hours, 700 meters from the apartment) or you can find street parking on blue lines in Piazza Silvestro, Piazza Carrara or on the Lungarno.
