Modern 45 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building (some steps to access). The property is located in a strategic position, just a 10 minutes on foot from Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport and 5 minutes on foot from Pisa Central Station.
The area is well connected by public transport, thanks to which it is possible to reach all points of interest in the city.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob with two burners, fridge, moka, coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, double sofa bed and flat-screen TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed, flat-screen TV and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, portable air conditioner in the living room (it CANNOT be moved), fan in the bedroom, wardrobe, insect screens, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Cot and high chair available on request, subject to availability.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€2.50 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.

Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

The apartment is located in an area characterized by all the main services (including bars, supermarkets and restaurants). The location of the accommodation is extremely strategic, as it is just a 10-minute walk from the airport and a 5-minute walk from Pisa Central Station, hub for all the main public transport lines to reach the main points of interest in the city.

- From Pisa Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment comfortably on foot in 5 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to use public transport, with stops just a few minutes on foot from the property.

- If you travel by car, it is possible to park for a fee (blue lines) around the property. Furthermore, there is a large car park (with paid time slots) just 2 minutes on foot from the property, in Via Alessandro da Morrona.
