This cozy and bright 124 sqm penthouse apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is located on the 6th floor of a 1970s building with lift.
The apartment boasts a splendid view over the city of Pisa, which guests can admire from one of its two terraces.
The property is located in a quiet and central area of the city, a few steps away from Corso Italia, Pisa's lively main street.

The interior space is organised as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchairs, desk, 42-inch TV, split A/C;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, refrigerator, moka coffee maker, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils and dining table with stools;
- DINING AREA with table and chairs.
- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and desk;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and desk;
- BEDROOM III with two single beds, bedside table, armchair and desk.
- BATHROOM I with bath with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet;
- SERVICE BATHROOM with sink and toilet;
- LARGE TERRACE (access from dining area and kitchen) with table and chairs;
- SMALL TERRACE (access from the living room).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning (1 split in the living room and 1 in the sleeping area), washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.

Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

The apartment is located in the city center, but at the same time in a quiet area, a few steps from Corso Italia, a shopping street full of bars and shops that connects Piazza Vittorio Emanuele to Piazza XX Settembre. In just 7 minutes on foot it is possible to reach Ponte di Mezzo and the "Lungarni" (riverfronts), where it is possible to admire important buildings dating back to the Middle Ages, contaminated by the architecture of subsequent centuries. Among the numerous Lungarni, the best known is certainly the Medici one which houses some of the most renowned historic buildings in the city: Palazzo dei Medici, Palazzo Toscanelli and the Church of San Matteo in Soarta.
After crossing the Arno, in about 15 minutes on foot, it is possible to reach Piazza dei Miracoli, a UNESCO heritage site since 1987, where it is possible to admire the Leaning Tower, the Cathedral, the Baptistery and the monumental cemetery, the main historical and cultural points of interest of the city ​​of Pisa.
