Piramide Petit Apartment

Comfortable apartment located on the ground floor of a building. Shared entrance with another apartment under our management.
In 40 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates 2 people with a double bedroom.

The property is located in an area well connected by public transport, the "Piramide" metro line B stop is a 2-minute walk away.
The space
The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA. Two-seater sofa, dining table for two people, TV.
Kitchenette complete with 4 gas burners, fridge and freezer, traditional oven, toaster, electric kettle, electric moka, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM. Double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), wardrobe and light bulbs. Direct access to the internal courtyard shared with other guests.
BATHROOM (inside the bedroom). Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: two portable fans, unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Closet with washing machine, shared patio with the other apartment under our management.

Autonomous heating.

- From Fiumicino Airport, you can take the Leonardo Express train to Rome's main train station, Roma Termini, in 32 minutes. From there, you can change to the metro line B and get off at the "Piramide" station, which is a short walk from Via Marmorata 1.
Total travel time, including transfers, is approximately one hour.

- From Rome Ciampino Airport to Via Marmorata 1, you can take a bus from Ciampino Airport to the "Anagnina" metro station, which is the terminus of line A of the Rome metro. This journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
From "Anagnina", take metro line A in the direction of "Battistini" and get off at "Termini" station. The journey takes approximately 20-25 minutes.
At Termini, change to the metro line B in the direction of "Laurentina" and get off at the "Piramide" stop, which is just a 4-minute walk from Via Marmorata 1. The journey on line B takes approximately 5-10 minutes.
The entire journey will take approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on waiting times for public transport.

Alternatively, you can reach Via Marmorata 1 by car or taxi from Ciampino Airport in around 28 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

- From Rome Termini Station, take the metro line B in the direction of "Laurentina".
Get off at the "Piramide" stop after 4 stops from Termini Station.
From there, Via Marmorata 1 is just a 4-minute walk away.
This metro journey from Termini Station to the Piramide stop takes about 10 minutes. Considering walking times and waiting for the metro, the total travel time will be around 15-20 minutes.

- If you travel by car, it is possible to park for a fee on the street, or in the paid garages in Piazza Pietro D'Illiria (10 minutes on foot), Via di Porta Portese, 5 (12 minutes on foot).

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
