In 85 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates five people, a double bedroom and a bedroom with a single bed, a sofa bed in the living room.
Located in a quiet and green residential area, not far from the centre. In the immediate vicinity there is the Florida Fitness swimming pool/gym which in summer can become an excellent place to take a break between various cultural visits.
The internal space is divided as follows:
KITCHEN. Kitchenette complete with five gas burners, fridge and freezer, Nespresso and moka coffee machine, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave oven, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
STAY. Double sofa bed, 43" smart TV. Split AC. Access to the balcony.
BEDROOM 1. Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2. Single bed and wardrobe. Access to the balcony.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline, mosquito nets and smoke and fire alarm.
Corridor with split AC. Closet.
Autonomous heating.
Check in can be done from 3 p.m. onwards, either in person or in self check-in mode.
The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
If late check in, after 9:00 p.m., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule:
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00

From Bologna Marconi Airport: take the Marconi Express shuttle to Bologna Central Station. Continue by train to Parma station and take bus no. 8 to the Via Picasso Via Dechirico stop, less than 100 meters from the apartment. Travel time: 1 hour and 50 minutes.
From Parma station: take bus no. 8 to the Via Picasso Via Dechirico stop, less than 100 meters from the apartment. Travel time: 30 minutes.
If you arrive by car: possibility of free parking along the street, on white lines.
