In 130 square meters of space it accommodates 5 people, with two double bedrooms and one room with a single bed.

The property is located in the Esquilino district, one of the city's most central and lively neighborhoods, within walking distance of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and Termini Station.

KITCHEN. Kitchenette complete with five gas burners, fridge and freezer, electric oven with toaster, American coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.

BEDROOM 1. Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and desk. AC split.

BEDROOM 3. Single bed (1.10x1.90 m). Fan.
BATHROOM 1. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.
BATHROOM 2. Shower cubicle, bidet, sink and washing machine (NO toilet).

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

ATTENTION: heating possible only via split. Stove in bedroom 3.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

- From Fiumicino airport, you can get to the accommodation by taking the regional train from Fiumicino Airport station to the Roma Termini stop, a 7-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can use the Terravision bus service to Rome Termini station, a 7-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Rome Termini Station, you can reach the apartment comfortably on foot in about 7 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee on the street near the property. Alternatively, it is possible to park (again for a fee) at the Park Giolitti, in Via Giovanni Giolitti 267, a 5-minute walk from the apartment, open 24 hours a day.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
