Located on the second floor (NO lift) of a renovated period building in the Tridente district of Rome, a few steps from Piazza di Spagna, the apartment is the ideal solution for visiting the main points of interest in the city on foot or by transport. public. The building is in a very rigid traffic-restricted area (completely pedestrian area). It is possible to park at the Garage Vantaggio Parking (10 minutes on foot).

The inside is organised as follows:
- KITCHEN equipped with induction hob (2 burners), dining table for two people, fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and kitchenware;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed (1,60m x 1,90m), elegant wooden table, and TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60m x 1.90m) and wardrobe.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi (FIBER), washing machine, independent heating, two fans, iron and ironing board, soundproof windows, hairdryer and drying rack.

It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

If you're travelling by car, please note that the apartment is located within a very rigid Restricted Traffic Area (A1- Tridente).
It is possible to park for a fee at the Vantaggio Parking garage, a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
