Comfortable apartment of about 50 sqm that can accommodate up to 2 people located on the first floor of an ancient building, without elevator (NOT suitable for the disabled). The property is located in the center of Pisa a short distance from Piazza dei Miracoli and the famous Tower and within the Traffic Restricted Area. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities such as bars, shops and restaurants.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, marble dining table and split A/C;
- LIVABLE KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge and freezer, electric oven, moka coffee maker, gas boiler and two wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, desk, split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.
Baby cot available on request subject to availability.

ATTENTION: There is a step at the entrance to the bedroom.

Other details to be noted
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pisa (€2.50 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.

Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

The apartment is centrally located, a few steps from Piazza dei Cavalieri, in an area equipped with all the main services, and from the lively Piazza dei Miracoli and the Tower.
Pisa Central Station, a hub for all the main public transport lines to reach the main points of interest in the city, is less than 20 minutes away on foot or 14 minutes by public transport.

Getting around
- From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport, it is possible to reach Pisa Central Station thanks to the Pisa Mover service (5 minutes journey, 5 euros per ride). From the station you have to take the "LAM verde" bus and get off at the "Pacinotti 2" stop, an 8-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Pisa Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to multiple bus lines, all with a stop a few steps from the property. Alternatively, you can reach the accommodation on foot in 20 minutes.

- If you travel by car, you can find several paid parking lots (blue lines) around the property (it may be difficult); alternatively, you can park in the PISAMO car park in Via Piave Trav A, 22 minutes by public transport from the apartment. The apartment is located in the ZTL.
