Piazza de' Renzi Duplex Apartment

Comfortable 70m2 apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the ground floor of a renovated period building in the streets of Trastevere, in the heart of Rome.
Positioned on two levels with a single sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor and a double bedroom on the upper floor.

It is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue lines) or at the Ponte Sisto Garage, a 5-minute walk away.
The ZTL is active from 6.30 to 10 in the morning.

The internal space is organized as follows:

Ground floor.
ENTRANCE. Relaxation area with single sofa bed (1.20x1.90) and TV (NO antenna). Fireplace NOT working. Portable fan.

Internal stairs leading to the upper floor.

First floor.
LUNCH AREA. Dining table for four guests, two armchairs.
KITCHEN. Four gas burners, coffee and moka machine, toaster, fridge and freezer, traditional oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM. Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), two-seater sofa, desk with seat, walk-in wardrobe. Ceiling fan.
BATH. Shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline and washing machine with built-in dryer.
NB. There is a step to access the bathroom and kitchen area.

You will be contacted a few days before arrival by our team, who, will provide more details about your check in.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station with the Leonardo Express service. From the station it is possible to take bus 64 to the "via Torre Argentina" stop to reach the apartment on foot in 12 minutes.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station thanks to the shuttle bus services. From the station it is possible to reach the apartment by taxi in 20 minutes.

-From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taxi in 20 minutes or by taking bus 64 getting off at the "via Torre Argentina" stop to reach the apartment on foot in 12 minutes.

If you are traveling by car,it is possible to park, for a fee (blue stripes), in the surrounding streets or at the Garage Ponte Sisto, a 5-minute walking from the property. The ZTL work from 6:30 AM to 10 AM.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
