The accommodation of 50 sqm is located on the second floor WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access).

The interior space is composed as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, table with chairs, split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Pocket WIFI MAX, washing machine, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: Air conditioning is available in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchenette.
From the top floor you can access the communal terrace.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pescara for the first 7 nights, equal to € 1.00 per person per night. Children under 12 and adults over 70 are exempt.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22.00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check in after 00:00, even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.
