Charming apartment equipped with all comforts to accommodate up to 3 people, located in the center, in one of the oldest streets of the city. The accommodation is located in an elegant period building finely restored, in the immediate vicinity of all points of interest and historic buildings, easily reachable on foot, in an area full of shops and locals. In 10 minutes on foot you can also comfortably reach the beaches of Pesaro. Parking space included!

The 62 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator (there is a step at the entrance) and is divided in two levels: be careful of the staircase if you are traveling with small children.

At the time of check-in you will need to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.

Please note that check-ins beyond the indicated time go with the property and directly agree on a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The tourist tax of 1.50 euros per night per person will be collected in cash as required by the municipality of Pesaro. Children under 14 are exempt.

The apartment is located in the center of Pesaro, close to Corso XI Settembre, in the renovated building of what was from 1680 to 1861 the ancient and glorious post office (for many years the only hotel in Pesaro), the whose splendor can still be observed today well preserved in the entrance hall. In the immediate vicinity there are all the historic buildings of Pesaro, which can be easily visited on foot: the Olveriano Archaeological Museum, Palazzo Mosca, the Music Conservatory and Rossini House, the National Museum and the Rossini Theater. The Palazzo Ducale and the central Piazza del Popolo are also very close, as are the beaches of Pesaro, reachable in 10 minutes on foot. Privileged position, with immediate access to shops, clubs and all essential services such as bars, pharmacies and supermarkets, located within 300 meters.
