Oak House - Lovely Studio with parking and fireplace

Spacious studio apartment perfect for two people, located on the ground floor of a renovated building inside a courtyard. The accommodation boasts a suggestive view on the back of 5000 square meters of agricultural land, with olive trees and fruit trees. Surrounded by greenery, just 400 meters (300 of which uphill) from the city walls in Corso Garibaldi, it offers a quiet but at the same time comfortable stay for reaching all the main points of interest. Parking included!

ATTENTION: The accommodation is located at the end of a 600m steep uphill road, which narrows and becomes slippery in the last 50m. If you do not have a personal car, you must necessarily walk it when you leave, therefore it is advisable to have a car.

N.B.: the keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

The 50 sqm apartment is composed as follows:
- KITCHEN CORNER with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, microwave and traditional oven
- LIVING AREA with dining table, two sofas, fireplace and TV
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed and wardrobe
- BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower box.

At the back of the house there is a barbecue, table and chairs to relax in the open air and enjoy the wonderful panorama. It is a space shared with the other guests of the court.

Outdoor parking available for one car on the square in front of the courtyard.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, independent heating, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. The outdoor spaces are shared with the other guests of the court.

According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.

Unmissable, if you are passing through this beautiful region, a visit to Assisi and the homonymous Basilica, the medieval town of Gubbio and the characteristic Todi, the town of Montefalco renowned for its vineyards and the city of Foligno (renowned for its its historical re-enactments and for the carousel of the Quintana).
The accommodation is located in Ponte Rio, a hamlet of Perugia, just 400 meters (300 of which uphill) from the Etruscan walls of Corso Garibaldi, an ideal starting point for exploring the historic center and its points of interest. The property is located in the hilly Umbrian countryside, in an extremely quiet and relaxing area, in close contact with nature. The essential services such as bar, supermarket and pharmacy are located about 1 km away.

The most convenient way to reach the property and visit the surroundings is by car. It is possible to rent one at the airport. The property has a private parking space outside.

Attention: if you take the road suggested by Maps, the last stretch is an uphill dirt road. We recommend choosing the alternative route via Ponte Rio and Strada Comunale San Marino, taking Strada Sperandio from above.
