Charming country house that can host up to 11 people, a 6km drive from Gubbio, with large garden, terrace and parking space.
The villa (recognised by the Superintendence of Cultural Heritage and Activities) comes with large and bright rooms, furnished in country style with antique furniture.
The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, triple living room and kitchen, and it's the perfect place if you want to relax and enjoy some time together outdoors, far from the hectic city life.

The 350 sqm villa develops on two levels.

PLEASE NOTE: There are internal steps in the living room and stairs leading to the entrance and to some of the rooms.
Pets are allowed as long as they are well behaved.

The space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, moka and kitchenware;
- TRIPLE LIVING ROOM with dining area (2 tables and chairs), sofas, armchairs, fireplace;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, desk and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM 3 with double bed, single bed, desk and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM 1 with toilet, bidet, bathtub with hand shower;
- BATHROOM 2 with toilet, bidet and shower box;
- LARGE TERRACE with gazebo, dining area, little table and chairs;
- GARDEN with barbecue, parking space (in a private property) and sunbeds.

Rooms with access by stairs:
- BEDROOM 4 with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM 5 with 2 single beds, desk and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM 3 with toilet, bidet and shower box.

Additional facilities available for guests: independent heating, camping cot for children, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

NO TV.

According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.

The city tax of €1 per person for the first 4 nights (per night) is not included, will be collected in cash.

People who are exempt from the tax:
Minors under the age of 12 and people residing in Gubbio.

In order to provide you a smooth process of check in, please advise your Key Holder in advance your approximate time of arrival.
We can't check you in after 9:00 pm. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Known as the "grey city" because of the colour of the limestone blocks used during the construction of this village, Gubbio is one of the oldest settlements in Umbria, feud of the Montelfeltros and the Della Roveres during the lordships age, that still retains its typical medieval aspect.
The city consists of 5 parallel streets located on different levels and connected through steps, alleys and stairs.
The main points of interest to visit are definitely Piazza dei Consoli, whose gothic front is the true emblem of the city, that hosts the Museo Civico of Gubbio; Palazzo Ducale, where the prestigious studiolo in inlaid and carved wood is located, that was commissioned by the duke Federico from Montefeltro; Palazzo del Bargello, Fontana dei matti, the churches of San Francesco and San Francesco dei Muratori and the church of San Giovanni, that hosted for many years Terence Hill during the filming of the tv series Don Matteo.
Gubbio is also known for the world's biggest Christmas tree, built entirely along Ingino Mount with about 500 colored lights.
