Quiet and cozy 76 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a period building (NO lift). The property is located in Feltre, a picturesque city of history and culture, nestled at the foot of the Dolomites, in a quiet area, a short distance from the historic centre of the city, characterized by cobbled streets and medieval and Renaissance buildings.
The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen with dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom and small balcony.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and access to the small BALCONY;
- KITCHEN and DINING AREA with gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed, desk and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM (one internal step) with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited pocket wifi, independent heating, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: The garden CANNOT be used. It is not possible to park in the garden or enter it with the car to reach the apartment (condominium rule).

ATTENTION: it is not possible to leave bicycles outside the entrance door of the building. Bicycles can be hung inside the accommodation.

Check-in takes place in online self check-in mode. Completing the online registration is MANDATORY in order to access the apartment.
SELF CHECK-IN: Instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment will be provided after completing the online registration. Keys can be collected for free via on-site keybox. In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 23:00.

The property is located in a quiet area of ​​Feltre, a few minutes away from the historic center. In the surroundings of the property there are several bus stops that allow you to reach the center in a few minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, it is possible to park for free at the Foro Boario car park (400 meters from the property) or along the street on the opposite side of the property (parking spaces NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).
