Apartment located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT lift. We are located in a residential area, a few minutes walk from the hospital, very convenient and quiet.
Four-room apartment of 95 m2, with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.
It comfortably accommodates 6 people. All the comforts for your stay are present.
Nearby there is the Parma hospital and the airport.
About 3 km from the historic center, 2 km from the Ducal Park and the train station.
The internal space is divided as follows:
KITCHEN. Kitchenette complete with fridge and freezer, four induction burners, moka, microwave oven, traditional oven and various utensils.
STAY. Dining table, TV, double sofa bed.
BEDROOM 1: double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2: two single beds, bedside tables with lamps, desk with chair and wardrobe.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Free unlimited Wifi, iron and clothesline, A/C in the corridor.
CAUTION: Renovation work is taking place at the bar below. There may be some noise. We apologize for the inconvenience.
FROM BOLOGNA MARCONI AIRPORT: take the Marconi Express to Bologna Central Station and continue by train to Parma Station. Take bus no. 12 to the Via Jenner Via Fermi stop. Travel time: 2 hours.
FROM PARMA STATION: take bus no. 12 to the Via Jenner Via Fermi stop. Travel time: 15 minutes.
IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: free parking nearby on the street.
