Roomy and quiet 80 sqm apartment, able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a historic building (dating back to the late 1500s) without lift. The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Parma (ZTL - Traffic Restricted Area), a few steps from the main monuments of the city, such as the Duomo, Palazzo della Pilotta and Teatro Regio.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table and 40-inch TV;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine (Lavazza capsule), dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, wine glasses, kitchenware and table;
- BEDROOM with double bed, desk, clothes hanger and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, portable air conditioner, fan, independent heating, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and drying rack.
Baby cot and high chair available on request.

- From Parma Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 6 to “Viale Toschi Via Bettoli” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.

- From Parma station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in less than 10 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee (€ 9 per day) at H24 Duc Parking car park, a 4-minute walk from the property.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
