The property is located in an area full of services and very lively, within the Oltretorrente district
We are located in the ZTL area, with the possibility of finding parking on blue lines along the road or at the Kennedy car park (open 24 hours a day) a 5 minute walk away.
L/3/4/5/7/23 bus stop within walking distance
LIVING AREA. Single sofa bed, TV and kitchenette with traditional oven and microwave, moka and various utensils.
BEDROOM. Two single beds that can be joined if necessary.
BATH. Shower with hydromassage, bidet and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited wifi, portable fan, mosquito nets, iron and clothesline.
Balcony outside the apartment, NOT for exclusive use but shared with other condominiums. Access is via the flight of stairs.
- From Parma Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 9 to "Piazza Corridoni" stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.
- From the Parma station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 6 to “Piazza Corridoni” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the accomodation (from the station) in about 20 minutes on foot.
- If you are traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee (€ 11 per day) at "Kennedy" car park, a 4-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, stree parking is available for a fee (it is necessary to pay only if you park your car from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7 pm).
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Parma Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th
