Comfortable apartment located on the ground floor of a building. There are two steps at the entrance and a metal ramp to also transport disabled people.
In 70 m2 of space it accommodates 6 people, with a double bedroom, one with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room

It is located in a residential area, a few minutes from the station and the centre

Parking space for the exclusive use of guests (guaranteed), uncovered. Also suitable for large cars and SUVs

The internal space is divided as follows:

KITCHEN. Kitchenette complete with four gas burners, fridge and freezer, traditional oven and microwave oven, electric kettle and toaster, Nespresso and moka coffee machine, dishwasher, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
STAY. Double sofa and 32" TV, dining table.
BEDROOM 1. Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe. Camping cot for children (linen NOT provided).
BEDROOM 2. Two single beds, desk with chair and wardrobe.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, hairdryer and washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES. Split AC in corridor, unlimited wifi, portable fan, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

PETS ALLOWED upon payment of a supplement for extra cleaning of 30 euros.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Parma Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th
Check in can be done from 3 p.m. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.
The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
If late check in, after 9:00 p.m., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule:
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00

From Parma station: you can reach the apartment on foot in 4 minutes.

From Parma Airport: take bus no. 6 to the Railway Station stop (11 stops).
Travel time: 19 minutes.

For those arriving by car: uncovered parking space for the exclusive use of guests (guaranteed). Also suitable for large cars and SUVs.
