Comfortable apartment of 75 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the fifth floor of a period building with elevator, in the internal cloister it is possible to see the historic Roman walls. The location is fantastic! We are in the center, a few steps from the Pantheon and Pizza Navona. The accommodation boasts a large balcony, from which it is possible to enjoy a wonderful view of the Eternal City.
The property is located in the Traffic Restricted Area.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed, TV, dining table, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, cooking utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with single bed portable fan;
- BATHROOM I with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, washing machine, communal heating, air conditioning (with split in the living room and one in the bedroom I), portable fan, , drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the lift is not suitable for disabled people - steps to access it.

The apartment is located in the Traffic Restricted Area - it is possible to park for a fee at the Parking Parliament, 5 minutes walk from the property.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of Rome historic center, a few steps away from the Pantheon. In few minutes on foot you can easily reach Piazza Navona while Piazza Venezia is 13 minutes away. The area is well connected and is the ideal starting point to visit the main points of interest in comfortably on foot or by public transportation.

If you are traveling by car, the parking space is not included; however it is possible to park, for a fee, at the Parking Parliament (4 minutes walk).

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

Silence from 10PM to 8AM

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
