The agriturismo is located in Pacina, a charming town producing red wines and olive oil, known the Vin Santo del Chianti (Trebbiano and Malvasia).

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room,kitchenette, bathroom and large furnished garden.

The accommodation of about 100 sqm is located entirely on the ground floor (2 steps to access). PAY MORE ATTENTION to the 2 steps to access, if you are traveling with children!

The interior space is composed as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, table and chairs, two armchairs, access to the garden;

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Pacina is an ancient monastery located in Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the province of Siena, on the border between Chianti Classico and Chianti Colli Senesi.
