Comfortable 85 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the second floor of a renovated building with no lift. The property is located in the center of Palermo, a stone's throw from Villa Giulia, Piazza Magione and the Botanical Gardens. The heart of the historic centre is about 10 minutes away on foot.
The accommodation consists of bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace.

The apartment is located in the center of Palermo, a few steps from Villa Giulia, the Botanical Gardens and the Central Station.
From the apartment it is possible to reach all the main points of interest while admiring the historical-artistic soul of the city with its monuments and typical markets. On foot it is possible to reach the port and the Garibaldi Garden, Piazza Pretoria, the Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral, the Martorana and San Cataldo Churches and the famous historical markets of Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria, evidence of the various cultures that have followed one another in Palermo. Walking on foot you will get lost among the historic palaces of the Palermo nobility and known throughout the world, such as Palazzo Gangi (the famous palace of the Leopard), Palazzo Pretorio, Palazzo Alliata di Villafranca and Palazzo Mirto.

We can book the service up to 7 hours before the expected arrival.

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 6 minutes.

- It is possible to park, for a fee, at the Garage Magione car park by Andry & Andry in Via Gaet Filangeri 50, a 4-minute walk from the property. In addition, there is free parking on the street in front of the property (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax must be paid cash upon arrival: 2,00€/guest per night of stay.
